“In the end, digital transformation is not accomplished through technology. It is accomplished through a mindset change, which takes time. And it is necessary in every department, by the way.”

What we discuss with Valeria Santoro

Stocard is an app that allows people to gather all their loyalty cards into a single digital wallet: their smartphone. But at the heart of Stocard’s strategy and evolution is the consumer. In particular, the challenge is to revitalize the user experience in physical stores. The prospect seems to be that of a cashless and paperless society based on the Swedish model. And the first step in this direction is the new digital document management solutions.

In this episode, Valeria Santoro and I address the need to refresh the consumer experience inside physical stores to ward off the perception that the shopping experience is now exclusively an online prerogative. But we also discuss digital trust and hope for the dawn of a paperless society on the Swedish model.

As always, our guest gives three actionable insights to our listeners on preparing for future technological opportunities.
